A small but growing hedge fund needed advice on the structure,
roles and procedures for its back office. The critical output

structure, quality of resources, recommendations for automation,
policies and procedures and the overall control environment.
Financial Restructuring
An e-commerce business which had been running for two years
was hit by the dotcom crash. The two institutional shareholders
required a re-funding solution and interim balance sheet
management. FD4Hire took action to reduce debtors and ensure
adequacy of working capital for a six month horizon. Assistance
